Where It Started
In 1924, great grandfather A. J. Ryan founded A. J. Ryan Realty in Dania Beach, Florida. It has become the longest continually operated real estate brokerage in Broward County, and in its early years it was an insurance brokerage too. Helping Florida families buy, protect and keep what they had worked for was the family business from day one.
